Hello guys

Has anyone had issues with installing aftermarket headunits into these vehicles? I had a pioneer AVH 2440 nex installed amp and sub. I had the amp and sub installed prior to the headunits swap and zero issues.

I made sure to order the maestro RR and ch3 harness and provided it to the installer. All the car features work. Radio works fine. Everything works... Except this annoying thing... The voltage on my dash keeps flashing between 14-12 and the dash flashes that my left rear turn indicator is out intermittently when the voltage goes below 12... The amp and sub never shut off..

I've troubleshot with the following..

Lamp issues occur with ... Ac on and subs hitting low frequencies which draws large power.

Ac on and closing the windows with them closed already.

Randomly when I'm at a stop.

I had the dealer check the battery and it's good.

They mentioned something about the radio being connected to the bus which could be sending erroneous data to the computer...

If that's the case how in the hell can I rectify or resolve this short of putting factory deck back in... Which I nearly refuse to do...

Did they properly ground the head unit to substantial metal behind the dash.

And any of the adaptive equipment used.

The ground in the radio harness and through the antenna is not enough
