You don't need to worry about 2012 anyway because if it does happen, you'll be dead unless you are rich or a very important person. If a pole shift or solar flare happens you'll be dead and there's no where to run. The government has built stuff to withstand the impact set aside for the important people. I cannot prove this, but there are people that had high level jobs in the government that say the same thing I'm saying. It's not just 2012 that they are prepared for. They are prepared for suprise meteor showers, comets and other stuff. Google it, you might find some interesting things. Still doesn't matter if you find the truth because you can't do anything about it. There's a reason that Space Station in up there monitoring the earth.
