People built them things. think about it. They didnt have all the bullshit distractions that we have. They didnt have machines to think or do the work for them, they had to do all this. I think they knew wieghts and balances pretty good. and they had huge animals, tons of slaves. They beat the shit out of these slaves to get the job done. It is not rocket science. For the most part, these people did this for a living for the 20 years that it took to build. Time flys when you have to constantly be working. I think it is crazy shit. Thats alot of sweat and blood to build those things.

Recent findings suggest it was not slaves that built the pyramids (or not Giza at least), but indentured servants who had reasonably good living conditions.

The largest stones in Giza are estimated to weigh 400 tons. We have cranes that will move much heavier loads than that. And, there are ancient ruins around the world with larger stones than 400 tons. Just because we aren't sure how these ancients built/erected these things doesn't mean there isnt a logical conclusion.
