well all the seems lined up very well (no gaps at all), I used a LOT of titebond 2 (thats why it glossy near all the seems, wiping off the excess, and a LOT of countersunk, 1 5/8" screws. don't have to worry about the box being sturdy. LOL
As for the weather, well the work log gives me a good excuse to run in the house alot during the install. Also, I am running the wires under the hood first, so I can fire up the car and kick the heater on high for everything inside. Though they didn't package my wiring harness with all my stuff >.
