i just still dont understand getting a hybrid and putting a bunch of electrical stuff on it and totally ruining the fact that its a hybrid. shoulda just bought a regular civic in my eyes.

So is a carbon fiber hood on a hybrid..

Since I didn't get white...with tan interior I decided against the gold wheels and gold carbon fiber hood...the real carbon fiber grill cost as much as I could buy a carbon fiber hood on ebay for...but with this color I'm leaving the stock hood...I hate going with 15" wheels but due to the special tires on the hybrid I have to run 15's in order to keep 45mpg ...mine is also equipped with an automatic electric sunroof //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif something not on most civic hybrids //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

You won't get anything near 45 mpg if you start modding a bunch opf stuff.

I believe I still will get 45mpg.....I'm looking at a small 2000 watt system or so....and a few car mods....I'm gonna run my Critical Mass UL 12 on a Tru Technologies Hammer Amp...I'm thinking my two Planet Audio Tube amps active for front stage....and running the German made DD componet set....or maybe my OZ Elite 3way componet set //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Looks like it would be a lot cheaper to get 35mpg and save 10000. It would take 16 years at driving 500 miles a week to save 10000 in fuel, at 4.00 a gallon.
