Ok well my girl has a 2005 TJ and wants the stock speakers replaced. She wants a loud clear system with decent bass, but without the implementation of subs or amp. And wants to use the stock cd deck.... Hehe i wouldnt know where to start so im looking for your guys recomendations. I dont even know what size stock speakers the TJ has and what i should replace them with. Lemme know guys.

I know alot of people hate them, but I had a preamped 10" Bazooka tube in my 95 YJ softtop and it had nice bass for an open cab vehicle. When it come to replacing the stock speakers, everybody has an opinion on what is better. Look for some nice coaxes that fit in the stock location. Most Comp. sets would mean cutting panels to install, unless the vehicle already has Comps. in it. I personnaly like Kenwwod and Pioneer Premier coaxs but that is because I am cheap and I like the quality of them for the price.

yeh ive tried to convice her to repace the stock deck, but the probem is she's all worried about warrenty issues. Chrysler has been a ***** in the past so she's worried if she has any electrical probems that would be covered by warranty they may end up blaming it on the installation of a non factory installed deck.
