2005 F-150 Lariat - Radio/Stereo removal

I have a 2005 F-150 Lariat with a stock radio and stock subwoofer. I'm going to be installing a different sub/amp and need to know how to remove the stock radio. Thanks.

forgot to mention this does not use the "U" shaped tools. It has the premium stock system with 6 cd changer and stock sub. It looks like I may just need to pry it, but dont want to risk doing the wrong thing. Thanks!

my buddy has an 06,the panel around the radio just pulls toward you.

Yes the trim around the stereo just pops right off, then 4 small screws and the radio is out. Honestly the easiest car to jack a HU, unfortunately for us. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

now adays.. almost ALL h.us are put in the same way.. front fascia pops off then 4 screws then unplug and go.. my car is the same but with 8 screws..

I pop the shifter cover off then unscrew 4 screws for front fascia and then 4 for radio
