2005 Avalon Viper 791 windows module

We can't seem to get this right. Using the 530T...rolling the windows down...they wouldn't roll at the same time. It would roll then stop and not in sequence. Also...the passenger window control from the driver side doesn't work after the module is installed. We're not the only people with this problem. Our customer brought it to a different shop prior same issue. Now he brought it to us...and we're not able to fix it.

Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

If everything is wired right, i would call up directed. It may be a defect or sumtimes they requiere u to buy extra parts to gain features.
