I've seen the advertisments in a few magazines, and on TV. They look great, really mazing and appealed to me since in think s-10's are too small and i don't really need a full size silverado since i'm only 18. Right now i have a 92 Dodge Dakota...so i love the mid-size truck. Today i got to test-drive one...great truck. I like the concept of the inline 5 cylinder...fuel efficiency of a 4 cylinder and power better then a lot of v6's. I drove the ext. cab (half doors in back) z71 version with the I-5 in it. I like it a lot, thing puts out...and come stock with like 225 HP. I'm really interested in buying one...but gotta get the $$, lol. I'd prolly opt for the 4 full door ext. cab in either 2 wheel sport, or z71 version. Fun, great looking, and overall nice truck. whatay u guys think about it? peace

Well, as long as you like it ... that's all that matters //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The 19/24 mpg is pretty sweet for a midsize truck.

The 3.5L I5 is decent ... not too sluggish.

Can tow a fair amount ... we found that one out one day.

Anything you need to know, just ask ... I have access to one and am willing to take 'er out for a little run around //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I'm planning on ordering one any day now. I've been looking for a midsize for a year now, and this is by far the best combination of power (more than any other new midsize truck) and fuel efficiency. I have a 1993 Ranger, and it's not bad, and I've test driven the new Dakotas, Rangers, and Frontiers, and they are nothing compared to it. I'm planning on getting a ZQ8 extended cab with the 5 cyclinder. They look sharp. The one downfall, Loaded, the sport extended cab runs in the $25K range, wheras the competion runs around $21K. But, I get a GMC discount, which brings the price down to $22k, otherwise, it would be hard to warrant the $4K-$5K difference for same class trucks. If you could wait, next year (I believe) their is supposed to be a brand new Tacoma, and the year following a brand new Ranger (redesigned that is). I'm sure those will be the best when they come out, but for now, I really like the high-reving inline 5 with the Aisin short throw 5 speed manual ******, and the Bilstein sport tuned suspension. Not to mention 17"X8" rims standard! Your right about the not needing a fullsize truck, too, how often do you see fullsize pickups with their beds full of cargo these days? Exactly- No one needs that.

I go to The Ohio State University (by default, I live on the famed Lane Ave on Campus in Columbus). I'm going to order it over spring break (a week from now), and it should take a few weeks to be built. I'd have no prob in showing it to you. I've also got to do something with the system from my old truck (Alpine head unit, 2x MTX amps, polk Audio 4-ways, one farad cap, 200 watt alternator, Stinger 1/0 wiring and platinum connections/hubs, solo baric L7 15" sealed sub), because I think I want to start fresh with the Colorado, maybe something low key but high quality ($ allowing that is...).. we'll see.

I think they are a overall solid truck. Look nice and mean. They would look good with some big tires and a lift. Just my .02 cents

Hey LRL1990, like your uncles rides, I noticed you have a pic of the TNT viper in there (gunmetal white stripes doing burn out), interesting story what happened to that thing. Lets just say its no more.

Everything on the front page is stuff I have seen in person. But everything else on the other pages I just found on the net and added them to my page. I thought they looked sweet. What happened to the TNT car. My uncle no longer has the GTS ( the blue one) he sold that and bought a rarer RT10 but same paint skeem.
