I just bought a 2003 Cheverolet Impala and i am not sure if this is the correct harness that i need to not mess my electrical up....is this the harness that i would need

coudlnet be better perfect timing i was jus getting ready to posta thread about something like this. i have a 00 impala and i was told i need an extra 100 dollar part for my headunit to work? is this true? not to thread jack but i figured u need to know to lol. i just got my impala yesterday and looked at installing this cd player and uhhhhhhhh im takin it to dukes lol way to complicated looking. will that harness do everythingi need?

it is metra part # GMOS-01 or GMOS-04. The 01 is if you don't have a factory amp, the 04 is used if you do.

Scosche sells that harness at walmart for $40. Just let's you keep all your chimes.

go to crutchfield and do the vehicle set-up. That'll tell you what you need.

yeah, but you dont need to keep yourchimes if you dont want to, but that and the wiring harness is all you will need

get the one at sonicelectronix. if u want to keep the factory chimes. but if u dont get that one make sure u get one with 12v constant power. right here
