Alright I have looked all over, I will prob get my head bit off but I can't find anywhere that holds up about havinga special adapter for the aftermarket radios, something about gm wiring the airbags and shit like that into the radio?? Do I actually need these like 180$ adapter so I don't have to mount my radio else where? And if I do need this adapter where is the cheapest place to buy it??

Uh... ok. This is kind of confusing. The radio that you actually see there in your dash is nothing but a remote. The actual radio is mounted in the trunk. Its just a little box with all the wires going to it. As far as getting the adaptor... I've heard people being told they needed a $180 adaptor to get it to work, but I'm almost positive you wont need one. I havn't gotten a chancee yet to fool aroudn much with myy friends Cav, but when I get a better look at it I'll give you a message or something. Thats all I can say for now..

alright thanks, yeah I have heard mixed comments on wether I need it or not, last thing I want to do is setoff my freakin air bags or something....I might just pay the freakin 180$ just to be safe then sorry......
