Sounds like *** in the vid but it has to be the camera lol. Nice job man. Clean install. I am just surprised he went with such a crummy deck for the system.

well the deck he already had and he likes the usb on the front the deck does ok i am trying to talk him into a 880prs or an 800prs we shall see..And it is a very detailed sound actually as with all heard on camera if its a high def cam it will sound more like it does in person i dont have one so it does get distorted a little..

It is very detailed and very nice midbass the 6x9 subs do exactly what i told him they would some bass but not much he says i may have talked him into a sub now i think a nice single 8 or 10 sealed will do him good..

we will see he wants to keep all his trunk really and yet we shall see mostly he listens to rock so i think the smaller subs will suffice him..Had one hell of a time talking him into even considering the sub as it is he had to spend some on the 6x9's to realize it wasnt what he thought..

The 6x9 subs sounded decent nothing spectacular and yes they are physically heavy beefy little 6x9's in about a week i will be checking on it to see if we can gain a little more out of them..But overall sound is pretty impressive clean and very detailed..

ok after some more tuning and found a broken rca i am very impressed with the bass we have now i made a few more videos more appropriate for da box king..And i may add we got a new car kit that centers the deck mad more room for the deck and looks much better..

I know that those 6x9's don't extend low but they BUMP HARD.

Moreover... I feel that a lot of people actually prefer the kick and feel of midbass more than the rumbly earthquake?

The First video sounds insane!! I can feel that bass deep inside me... and it sounds like it can get pretty low too! (I have a nice 5.1 home theater hooked up to my comp so I can hear the sound pretty well). 2nd video sounds like sh1t... but wtv.

Personally I don't really like my JL 12W6V2 just cause it can't kick mid notes (80-120Hz) nearly as hard as the "pos" factory harman kardon 6x9's when the bass eq on my factory deck was maxed out. (I have a 2003 BMW M3 too)

It does a great job being a "sub" but I dunno... I feel my music just isn't as rich anymore (I can't feel it nor really hear the low end midbass). I'm running K2P's in the front too crossed at 75Hz @ 12dB. I'm downsizing to a 10" to see how it sounds.
