2001 Mazda Tribute OEM Stereo Replacement Newbie Help

This is going to be long so bear with me.

So I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute which I took the stock stereo out of.

The harness currently hanging in the dash is the OEM harness, looks like this:

That harness does not fit the new stereo that I have.

I'm about to sell the Tribute and the factory stereo was not working (long story), which is the reason I took it out.

I have a OEM stereo from what I think a 2003-2005 Tribute. Looks like this:

Here's the back:

Which I want to install in the car. I have the harness to fit the new stero :

71-7903

And it's counterpart:

70-7903

Now I don't know what needs to be done or what else I need to make this happen. If anyone could give me a link, a quick rundown of what I need to do/buy, or just a push in the right direction that would be great. Let me know if you need pictures of anything else, I'll take them and post them up real quick. Thanks so much in advance, I really want to get this done myself so I don't have to shell out extra cash on a car I'm about to sell.

buy harness 70-7901 and 71-7903.

all you have to is match up the colors and then plug 7901 to the cars harness and 7903 into the back of the radio.

Also make sure that the new radio you're putting in will mount the same way.

I'm trying to install a Parrot bluetooth device in my wife's 2001 Mazda Tribute. How do you get to the radio? I took off the plastic molding that goes around the instrument panel and everything. I only saw one screw for the radio, but that wasn't enough for me to be able to get the radio to come out.

I'd greatly appreciate any tips.

I tried looking at this:

It was posted in another thread, but it doesn't tell me how to get the radio out, just how to get the molding off.
