2001 Durango sub box

Looking for some advice on box design for two Treo TE 12s. I want to do a downfiring box behind the third row seat. I want the best sound (sq) that's also stealth to those parking lot discount shoppers.

Dimensions of the area behind the third row seat are:

45" (width), 17" (bottom depth), 11" (top depth), 18" (height).

Subwoofer specs: 6 3/4" (mounting depth), 1.1 cu ft @ 42.1hz (sealed volume),

1.6 cu ft @ 31hz (ported volume)

Planned amplifier is a Hifonics BXi 1210D

Not quite sure how the sound quality will be, but I modeled a box for my 2003 Durango that I plan on building soon. Seen a very similar box to this and I just made the dimensions to fit the Durango behind the 3rd row and the specs of my subs (which are also 12's).

The open slot on the bottom will face the rear hatch. Hope this helps.

That box design is simple and straight-forward. TREO tech support recommended a 4" clearance, and ur design appears to echo their suggestion. Not looking for SPL, but if I'm in the mood for some bass I want a design that won't bottom out or be so flat that the bass note cancels out before hit'n below the 50hz range. NICE TIGHT THUMP'n BASS.... Tks for the reply.
