2000watts, best power?

Ok so i am deciding between the US amps MD3D and the DDM3 and the IA 20.1. I am not sure on the price of the M3 but i dont want to go much over $600.

thats what im thinking, plus i like how it does low impediances. i have heard of people runing them at .138 ohm daily. How much do you think i could get one used for?

or .125 ohm or something exteremly low. ill proly run it at .5 ohm tho.
