Yep ^^ I stumbled on that song while I was listening to his CD and I was like WHOA!!

Almost 5 minutes with a straight 34-36hz bassline.

I'm getting annoyed with the Jeezy CD though... my mom's CD changer isn't MP3 so I've had the Jeezy CD on repeat for the last 2 weeks, haha

and your talking about metering in the kick"meca kings". im talking about sealed on the dash. you guys whipped some *** in meca. i personally watched it. but lets see what u do in db drag on the dash. have TypeR join bassrace 140-149.9 class next year. he should have no problem with his setup in that class.
plus with all these new cracked out meca rules. i dont see many people being in it this coming year. maybe ill charge my batteries up this weekend and meter it in the kick.

but thank you for the compliments and tips. im definetly in this to have fun. i just hate when people compare a burping car with 2 12's to a daily driven vehicle that pounds out the same numbers for 30 sec to even a minute or longer at 31hz.

im not trying to start a pissing war in anyway, or compare to the team either, now that you have a good baseline of #'s, build and gain. gl:yumyum:

some people just dont "get it".

i personally made 2 12's in a CRX do a 152.xx at the dash and a 154.5 in the kick on 4,000 watts. It was VERY easy i might add. Im not dumb, i would bet my paycheck yours is louder and deeper even though the numbers are similar. I mean that 'rex is only about 4db off what i have and theres no comparison when it comes to the way it actually sounds. This is why im tired of competing. Its more about whether your car itself meters good or whether or not you get the pressure to hit the mic just right and not really whos truely the loudest any more. Even some of the extreme vans that are doing a 170 at the dash might only do a 145 if you move the mic to the other side of the windshield. Not saying they are weak by any stretch because 170 is no joke but there is a lot of manipulating the interior to get the pressure to just that one spot.

some of those guys are dont-knows so dont sweat it man your doin your thang..especially considering you JUST slapped it together a couple days ago. I got mad props for you to keep your back seat as well. How many cars BUMPING a 152+ can still seat 6 ? (raises hand)

even though i read a comment you made about "meade shouldnt have used rockford amps" on some other forum.....ill let it slide, i got your back on this one G.

but thank you. at least you understand. alot of people dont understand the meaning of a LOUD stereo. i appreciate your input and i looked up to you when i started building this system. just trying to figure out how u got 20 cubes at the window line haha. still amazes me.

im a hair above the line now remember i had to raise my box up to get the amps under it....but ya before that i was right at the line. Also whats the width in your truck, do you have 49" to play with? Mine is about 19.xxx cubes almost 20 but after port, sub and bracing displacement its about 18 . You have a bigger port then i do so its probably chewin up some space. I also did a single later 3/4 (with the exception of the baffle) and reinforced it with lots of fiberglass where as you did double layer all the way around. That will eat up space fast too.
