2000 yukon anyway to put in a double din

my buddy has a 2000 gmc yukon the factory spot only holds a 1.5 has anyone installed a double din if so where did you put the heat controls and any pictures?

many many people have put a double dinn into a 1.5 gm space. It requires some glass/bondo work but is done quite often...

lower.....it needs to be custom made, plain and simple.

i did my 99 seirra i think it the same i hade to cut out behind where the deck would go there is a mane suport that neds to go the controls dident go anywher some cuttin of the dash bezal thats just a start pritty difacut i have a pic of it searce joels chevy truck build
