2000 Tahoe wiring

Tahoe is sold and I am stripping everything. It has been forever since I originally cut all the factory wiring to bypass the OEM amps and what not and now I am trying to put it back together.

Anyway there are 3 dark brown wires and I don't knwo which ones go where or if it even matters. Pins 12 on upper and lower adapter piece and pin 4. This is for the harness that sits up behind the glovebox.

Also there are two slots for harnesses on the back of the factory radio but I only have one wiring harness thatis back there. Am I missing something or is it simply something that I dont have originally and therefore supposed to be missing.
