2000 Mercury Cougar Help

[Alc5M 10+ year member]

So my buddy has a 2000 mercury cougar. I need to know how to take off the plastics in the back so we can put new speakers in. I'd appreciate any help for taking these off, considering i don't have the car here to look at.
