2000 M5, want flip up DVD, nav, sirius, mp3

My cd player is on the fritz and I'm having a baby soon. I want to put a flip down DVD screen in the middle so he can watch DVDs while we drive. I also want a head unit up front with a flip up DVD, navigation, Sirius satellite radio and ability to play mp3's. Any suggestions? Appreciated.

Yes it has factory Nav, but the old nav looks like an Atari game. Uh, and how ****** retarded are u dude. I'm getting the car ready for when the baby gets here. Jesus.

How about you save your money on the rear screen. You're sure as hell going to need it for a new baby who will most likely fall asleep in the rear facing car seat.
