2000 Durango Head unit help

The wife and I just purchased a 2000 Durango with the Infinity sound system. The headunit along with the wire harness were missing. Im trying to install a aftermarket cd player but cannot find a accurate wire diagram for the speakers, i keep getting different information. I was able to figure out the power. Pink being constant and white/red being the acc wire. Im using the blk/brown as the ground. The other problem im running into is no sound. I hooked a external speaker to the head unit and got radio static. I also ran the blue wire from the radio to the blue/white wire in the dash, as ive read this is the amp turn on for the factory unit.still no sound. I even went as far to make sure the hackers before me, didnt remove the door speakers, which were still in place. anyone have any ideas?

2000 Dodge Durango Car Stereo Wiring Diagram

Thanks subzero. I came across that diagram during my search. And for anyone with my problem its totally wrong. That is the diagram for the setup without the factory amp. I had a buddy at Dodge get me a wire diagram, I followed it and still nothing. Im starting to think the factory amp is toast. Also Chrysler lists the Blue/White wire as a speaker wire not a amp turn on. The amp power wires are violet. at this point im gonna visit a salvage yard and rob a factory harness from a dakota or durango. I hate when people hack stuff. if anyone has any ideas im open to suggestions. at this point i just want the wife to have tunes.
