well if you call in just let them know that your a member of CA.com and tell them the cacomgb pass. or if you go online pick what products you want then checkout and its the last step or close to the last step that will have a spot for you to enter the code. then just enter cacomgb in that spot and it will show you your discount then finish the transaction and your all set.
