All this *****ing got me thinking. Is the 20.1 good for a dd setup or mostly for a comp setup?

Yes, I'll be getting one for my mags in a month or so, but I won't be running it till I get an big *** alternator, 4/0 to the trunk, and another battery in the trunk.

The higher impedances (4,2,1 ohms) have great output levels for regular DD setups, it's not really till you drop the impedance really low that you start getting the retarded power.

I'll let everyone know how this thing does on current draw and such at 2 and .5 ohms when I get it up and running, but don't expect results any time soon.

So pretty much, I agree with audiolife, I just felt like talking a little more.

Do you think its neccesary for the second battery then? What if I just got a ho alt did the big 3. Would that be sufficient? Right now I run a 1200.1 w/o the big 3 and there is no dimming. I look forward to hearing about your setup when you are all done good luck

1/0 gauge to the back would be fine for the amp...
