I have been looking at some neons for inside my car and have noticed lots of 2 wire hook ups. How and were do you hook these up?

By 2 wires do you mean power and ground?

one to the positive of the batt, and one to the negative of the batt. Fuse the postive wire. If in doubt, use a relay.

As many as you want.....if you have an amp as well, and you plan to use 2 or 3+ neons, you might want to get a relay...
