I have a nissan 350z which is a very small car. I am looking for a great 10" SQ sub. I will be powering it with a rockford power 1000 (600 @ 2ohm or 800 @1 ohm) I don't listen to rap and I don't need the whole world to hear me. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

all of those subs u listed are pretty good subs. the jlw6 is a pretty reputable sub.. but so is the fi-q and the tc-1k..... i dont see an issue with any of those subs...

but if it were me.. i think i would go with a pair of subs over a single sub.. personal preference... 2 tc-1ks at 400rms a piece shouldnt disappoint

I will recommend you to go with the 10w6v2.........like me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

You won't be dissappointed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

The 10'' Q will work great in that size of a box but, with 2 tc-100 10's = more cone area witch it good for sq.. but I don't know how the tc's will work in a .7 cub each. Oh yeah, you could add poly fill which will help a tad.

Get a DLS Nobellium 10" if you have the cash supposed to sound better than W6 and also works in small boxes. 600 watts for a W6 or Nobellium should be plenty.

The TC is the cheapest, then the Fi, then the W6v2 then the DLS.

I can't remember the name of the shop //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif There was on popularshop on adires homepage that sells DLS ARC and Adire I know they said they could get them.

Ahh here it is!

Maybe I will call them and get one myself or at least inquery about it before I pickup another Assassin or Arsenal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Thanks for all the help guys. I got my amp in the mail today. I am looking at the performance verification certificate and it shows 714 @ 2 ohms and 975 @ 1 ohm.

Will 1 10w6 hold that much. Also I noticed that the 10w6 recommend space is only .6cu ft. So I could put 2 in the 1.41 space I have. I am just worried that will be to much for such a small car. Please let me know what you think thanks
