2 sets of 2.7ohm speakers to a 4 channel amp ?

Complete noob here to car audio needing advice for a safe install.. I have a Polk PA500.4 amp, a pair of Polk MM691's and a pair of MM651's, all of the speakers are 2.7ohm (2.7?). All going into a '99 civic, 6.5's for the front door and 6x9's for the rear deck. What would be the best way to wire this setup for maximum power to each speaker, and would max power equal best sound? Can I get each speaker to run at 2.7 ohms with this amp? Here are specs for the gear and links below for pics + more info, any help is appreciated!
