Yes, but it will have to be longer than what psp gives you in the box.

3" is too small, less than 6in^2 of port per ft^3...the 4" is a hair over 10in^2 per ft^3. but just takes a little more length to get the proper tuning. You could buy some thin-wall PVC and make it however long you need, about 20" from flare to flare(I believe max out the box is 17").

This is why I like slot ports; I can use however much port I want, tune to whatever I want, and never have to worry about how long my port will need to be.
