Hi i have an orion xtr 2250 and a 250 hcca and 225 hcca. I was thinking the 250 would be good bridged 1 ohm i read that its rated at 800 watts but was told it really puts out close to 1000 watts.

Is that true ? should that amp run the 2 sa 12's with no problem?

Yes, they do. As for the Taramps remote control, it is for use with the EQ they sell, not as a remote bass knob. They are not very sophisticated...
