im probaly going to get two 15' rl-ps and i was woundering if it would be louder if i put each sub in its own ported box or put both subs in one ported box.

one box is fine, but IMO, if you have the space, putting each sub in its own chamber provides good bracing.

yes, just make sure if you use one port, double the port area that you would've used otherwise.
