I haven't did business with him (tdeaton1021) personally, but know of people who had. I would have no problem buying from him and paying first, but that's just me. Always seemed like a legit guy to me.

i seller with no refs in this site or no prof of having refs in other sites has to ship 1st either you like it or not..RULES are RULES...
he was making you to ship 1st because there has been alot of scamming here lately with people with no refs getting the money 1st and NOT shipping anything..

The so called "dick" offered half up front and the other half when he got them, he has lots of refs and a few hundred post count..you have no refs and 50 posts and you refuse to ship till you get all the money...

have you read the other thread? Have you read the PMs he sent? No. I don't need other people's opinion on whether or not the guy was a dick and why I chose not to do business with him. And him coming on here to claim he's a gentleman and try to call me out AGAIN just shows that he is a lowlife trying to hurt this NEW thread after he bashed the old one. He's just worried about winning an e-argument. He even sent me a PM telling me people are sticking up for him. Cool.

I've spent more time on forums than most all of you and have had over 5000 posts on car audio forums as well. I've also done over 100 transactions on ebay. Don't tell me I'm new to the scene. There has been a couple people posting here as well for "refs" so I don't know why this is still the issue. This site used to be good for selling and buying stuff but apparently it's losing it's touch and just becoming a place for people to btch and haggle.

IF you have a problem with my lack of "refs" then close the window. However, if you are interested in the subs then post.
