2 out and 4 in.

My head unit has 2 rca lines out(rears). My amp has 4 rca inputs in (front and rear). Is it ok to just split the 2 lines into 4 using rca splitters? Will this effect the sound quality or volume?

Yeah you'll be able to adjust the gains independently at the amp.

Fader, balance, bass, treble and all that stuff is affected in both the RCA's and the speaker outputs
