@ of the amps im loookng forward to getting for next season, more than likely will be running 2-12 btl's .. Woofers etc lists the RF at $1700 And the orions at $900/each.. Any comments or suggestions on either or?? Pros vs cons ?? Thanks

ps sig pic is nice also //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
Thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif .. I would definately pick RF over the orions in almost every aspect, But I was curious to why Rf.com lists the T4kw @ 2800 and woofers etc is 1700.. Any difference/ warranty or anything , or are they just so cheap because there a wholesaler?

arent the 5000's the same as the 2500d's?
Yes they are, just this years model.. Heard theres been a few problems with them tho //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

The thing that turned me to the orion 5000 is the .5 impedence.. So 1 dual 1 ohm btl will get right around 2000-2500 im assuming or the t4000 which i dont think is 1/2 ohm stable ( at least with warranty ) which will probably put out close to the same numbers also dul 1's

see, i have four dual 4 subs, so i either have to have one do it at 2 ohms or .5, or two seperate amps @ 1

they would be cheaper just because they are a dealer
RFs dealer cost is half of retail, any mark up from there is profit
Gotcha .. so cost= 1400+300 markup ..... Well is everything else the same then?? Warranty etc.. Thats a big thing for me at least when considering buying online, because if something goes wrong you cant just bring it to the dealer

u might wanna look into
crossfire VR1000d's or even a pair of their VR2000D's

there are a bunch of amp choices in the price range, hell id also suggest a 40.1
I dont think i could get my hands on one.. them seem pretty hard to come by.. I was also debating lanzar opti2000's and the vr2000's as well.. Thats why i was looking for pros/cons.. Efficiency, rated power @ voltage.. Dropping below rated imp. etc

couldnt tell ya about the warentee

a lot of people have a misconception of what a warentee does... its against manufacture defects, not if it blows //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

if your burping a 40.1 should put down atleast 5kw

Same thing im looking at, but i also need something that doesnt require too many extra batteries since i will be stuck in street B, there are quite a few limitations
