2 or 3 Way

Hey everyone, I am looking to replace the factory speakers in my four door truck since all but one have blown. I was curious if it would benefit me much to purchase 3 way speakers over 2 way? I am not planning on putting an amp to them. I am just trying to keep this as cheap as possible. What do you all think?

Thanks

you would see a large improvement from putting them on an amp and an even larger improvement if you decide to deaden your doors. Here is a link talking about how to sound deaden your doors and what exactly it entails http://www.caraudio.com/forums/speakers/95925-proper-door-sound-deadening-you.html.

Also being as it is a trunk you could save money and maybe do a component set and just take out the rear speakers. putting in a component set does require a little bit more work though.

also you could of probably answered most of your questions by searching the forums or reading the sticky
