Its hard to give someone a break when they have 300+ of your money and you have no idea where the product is. I haven't once claimed you're trying to rip me off.. just that the customer service isn't what I expected when purchasing the amp. The agreement we had was broken, thats all.

i understand all of this, but the **** amp has been sent, along with the mt.

im just having trouble locating the number because of the weekend. ****, its been 3 days sent you bought it, only 1 shipping day. i shipped them all out, but digital b opens a paypal dispute over 1 DAY?

dude, youre not right. i sold those amps for the sole purpose of getting my kids ipods for their birthday, and now i cant because you opened a dispute and froze my money? over 1 DAY............ if it wasnt already on the way, i would gladly NOT sell it to you. but it is, and i dont have shit to show for it.

thanks

rusty

We agreed he would ship next day. He didn't. I wouldn't of bought the amp if he couldn't ship next day. And I'll be more than glad to return-ship the amp if you simply refund my money. I'll even pay shipping. Point is.. you didn't hold up to your end of the agreement.. therefore I tried to figure out why. You couldn't get me a tracking number. I sent you 375bux. I get nothing in return knowing where the product is. I HAVE to know because someone has to be at the house. The last time my 2500D was laying on the doorstep. Dont try to make me and the other guy out to be a bad guy. You're the one who didn't ship when you said you would. That was the sole purpose of me buying the amp.

bjfish - noob? If wanting to know where the product is I just spent over 300bux is. Then, yes I am a noob. I've sold quite a few things on the forums and always managed to get the tracking numbers out.. things arise, I understand this. But when you get PMs.. and I quote.. "Promising" to get the tracking number, yet you dont. Then you get irritated and a little worried.

As a buyer I know what some of these guys are goin through. I am dealin with a guy who i traded subs with and he already has my sub, said he would ship it out on monday but didnt and finally emailed me on saturday saying it got shipped the previous day. Come to find out he had been extremely busy and caught up with life. Daughter got attacked by a dog and had to go to a funeral. Its sad stuff like that happens and sometimes there are more important things than someones sub or amp. I just wanted a tracking number or a confirmation that it was shipped, thats all. Once received that it had been sent out I was happy and not worried. Its tough not to be worried when you send a payment or make a trade and then you gett assed out cos there are some people that are assholes and stupid out there. But i dont think this guy seems like that.

And after 1 day, or even 3 days, to open a dispute? Thats pathetic. At least give it a week. Have some courtesy. I know as buyers we all want our stuff as soon as payment has been sent, but as a seller things dont work out that way. there are other priorities and other things that need to get done, but once you got the moment you package everything and when you have another chance drop it off to ship. Buyers need to realize that sellers have to do it when it is convenient for them, and sellers need to realize buyers can get a bit impatient...that goes to any seller or any buyer.

No.. SELLERS need to realize that when they put a For Sale thread up and the buyer/seller agrees to something. The Sellar is their to hold up his end of the deal. Once the payment is made.. there is nothing a buyer can do. Its up to a sellar to keep his end of the agreement. A buyer shouldn't have to wait on the seller because its "convenient" for them. They made an agreement; a contract if you will. They should up hold it. Yes, things do come up. I understand.. but after you get promise after promise.. yet no results. What can I do? I bought the amp in an agreement he would ship next day. Because I need everything in my car installed ASAP for a comp. Now, I'm unsure if thats going to happen. So, I should delay all my plans because its not "convenient" for the shipper? I dont think so..

Well, by filing a complaint with paypal you haven't exactly held up YOUR end of the deal now have you? He was selling to purchase gifts for his kids, now he cant do that.

I understand your situation, but only to a certain extent. You have to have patience. And if you are not willing to have a little patience, go shell out the money and buy it locally at a shop. If you dont want to pay that kind of money, quit *****ing.

Agreed. As a buyer after an agreement has been reached and payment has been sent there is nothing you can do. But Digital B, when you said the seller should send out the equpiment, well what if the seller doesnt know when his stuff is going to get sold? they may keep it in the vehicle till an agreement has reached and payment is received. I wouldnt take anything out my car unless I have payment received because its a hassle to take it out and someone ends up backing out of an agreement, then i have to install it again. why go through all that? and then packaging is a pain in the ***, not the shipping part, but gettin the materials and having it packed to be ready for shipping. If its so crucial on gettin somethin before a comp, i suggest either finding another that you have immediate access to or if possible do the transaction way ahead of time. And the seller was right, you breached the contract when filing a complaint. I believe that talk to the person on the phone is the best form of communication (provided face to face is not possible).

Point is, things worked out, thats that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
