2 l7's back dash?? or in trunk???

ok i went and got my 2 12'' kicker L7's and was wondering if the would beat harder in the back dash faceing towards my rear window or in a custom box in the trunk??

i saw 4 of the L 5''s in the rear deck of an old car like mine at a car show and it sounded good but what is ur opinion

How much room you think you can squeeze into the back dash? I don't really like the sound of the L7's in smaller enclosures, I'd give them each around 2.5-3 cubes ported...

Unless you want to do some serious bracing of that rear deck. I would go with an enclosure in trunk. The rear deck mounting can be done. believe me i can do it there is a good5 to 6 feet wide and its about a good 3 to 4 from the bottom of the deck to the floor of the trunk ill have to open my trunk and take a pic of it but what would sound the best

It's an either or kind of deal man. I can't really tell you which is going to sound better. Alot depends on the car and the install. mounting them in the rear deck would probably be louder due to the fact they will be right behid your head firing into the interior. as opposed to firing through the seat from the trunk. Of course you could still accomplish the same thing by building the enclosure in the trunk. Then porting it through the rear deck. The big drawbacks that I see with mounting them in the rear deck would be sun damage, and theft. It's kind of hard to hide two big a$$ 12's sitting in your rear deck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.
