2 L7 10's or 1 12"???

this setup will be going in the trunk of a mustang with the subs/port firing into the cabin. the box will be 3 cuft tuned to 35hz....What setup would be louder: 2 10" L7's or 1 12" L7......(btw this setup is for a friend) and the amp he is looking at is the Crunch 1500.1......i told him that the box is suitable for both setups, but i doubt that particular amp would be suitable for the 10's....So what subs would yall go with?

2 10's sound nice. i ran mine off a kx1200.1 and it sounded good.

yeah i know the ten's would be louder....but i think my friend is gonna go with the 12" L7 off of the crunch 1500.1....due to money issues.....how loud do yall think this will be in 3cubes at 35hz???
