the website and their spec sheets say 3 ohms and 4 ohms on the same page, so I dont know what number to really look at. If I were to get 2 of these and a DA7122 (1200x1@2) then id think it would probably do 1500-1800@1.5 ohms, but I dont know how safe that amp would be at 1.5 ohms. however at 2 ohms, it would be great. If you know for sure the ohm load of 2 of these subs parallel can you post it for me. and if it is below 2 ohms, will the amp be safe to dip below to 1.5?

and finally does anyone have a good review on these in a saled box for sq and spl?

thanks

*yes i searched*

It wont even come close to 2ohms.Music is so transient that it never stays constant unless you are playing tones
i understand that part, but if itll bring the average down, i dont want it to hit a level too low.

and do you mean it wont come close to 2 ohms by it will be higher than that so im ok, or it will be lower so its worse?

as I posted in the other 8200 thread, the eclipse tech i emailed said I cannot ( or i guess should not) do this. I am assuming because of the ohm load. Should I trust him more? or is he just playing it safe, or does he just not really know what he is talking about?
