2 DVC Alpine Type R's & RF T1500-1BD??

The RF does about 1600 rms at 1 ohm which means each sub would be gettin around 800 watts. Is this a good idea?? Will my subs blow?? I know each sub does 500 watts rms, thats why im asking. Would you recomend gettin this amp or the T10001BD? Thanks for any info or advice.

if you search you will come up with people running that much to type Rs and to set your gain properly and dont clip and you should be fine.

yes, it will be a match made in heaven. That amp will cook itself before the Type-R's blow. Set your gains correctly (search)

This is assuming that you will be using Dual 4 ohm Type-R's.
