my ac pump is going out in my car and instead of replacing it i was wanting to put in another alternator in its place. the stock alt bolts right into the ac brackets pretty easily. right now i have a 220amp alt. would i be able to run my stock alt(about 100amp) as well as the high output one or will it be bad for the alts/ electrical in my car?
