2 DD 1510's vs.2 RE SE 10's

I just bought an 05 regular cab cevy silverado and need some advice on some subs. They will be in about a 3.5-4 cub ported box behind the seats wit bout 1500wrms to them. Just wanted to hear wat people thought of both of them cause I havnt had experience wit either.

have fun getting 4cubes in a reg cab. i barley got 1.2 out of mine. of course it was a 89' though.

I didn't think I had that much room either but da box king and I mesured it 2day and were surprised.

the dd's would be very good in 3cuft total tuned to about 38hz. if you looking to get loud and still mantaine good sq, the 1510's should fit the bill.

could also go for the 2512 which would be an even better choice.

the re's are alright but shouldnt be in the same sentence as the DD's

put the DD's in

2.5 - 3ft and tune between 38-42hz

give them at 800-1000 each

Well, what are you looking for, SPL or SQL.

DD would be more on the SPL side and the RE's would be on the SQL side.

Well, what are you looking for, SPL or SQL.
DD would be more on the SPL side and the RE's would be on the SQL side.

who did you hear that from? the dd's under the 9500(which may sound a lil mechanical from what i've heard. dd owns RE....in any sense of the word...
