2 channel amp for 2 5 1/4

i have a pair of 5 1/4 and a pair of 4" in the rear deck and i was thinking when i get the subs to get rid of the speakers in the back not only cuz its supoise to sound better but because it will open up a bunch of air flow from the trunk to the cabin.

Anyways what would be the cheapest decent amp to hook up to 5 1/4 infinity reference speakers. and does the amp really make that big of a difference.

Im gona have 2 10's and a Jbl 1200 powering them and i have a Alpine HU. would addind a small amp make it much worse on the alternator and battery.

nice i found one for 75 bucks. Are Profile amps shitty? i found some cheap ones on ebay. they were called..umm..profile california

profile makes some awesome amps as well....was gonna suggest them but i like us acoustics a bit more

and will it add much power usage to my battery and alternator? cuz my alternator and battery already probly wont be able to handle the JBL very well.

It's not going to add that much....maybe 20-25 amps at the most, and that's being generous....but if you have a stock alt, adding another amp just increases the chances of frying it....

rrr yea thats what im worried about, i mean take out 2 4" speakers shouldnt be that big of a deal right while just having 2 5 1/4 speakers and 2 tweeters. I just want to kno if the amp will really make em that much better. what does an amp do to speakers, do they make them get louder? or do they just make them sound better/clearer.
