2 Brutus BX1500D... Linkable?

Im in search of more power. And the Brutus are the **** cheapest. If they are linkable, Ill pick up some in the next week.

I don't think they are linkable... I'd e-mail Hifonics Support to be sure...

I wonder if you could send your sub back and get a different V.C. say Dual 1 Ohm, then you could put one 1500D on each and have 3000 for the Sub.

I had thought about that, but I did not want that many amps... I'm runnin outta room for stuff.. I shoulda bought a New Burban or a Tahoe

I may have to go with an Orion 2500D or JBL BXP2200.1. I should have thought about this from the start, and hell I may still add another 1000/1. I didnt think it woulda been a problem from the start, since the 1000/1 puts out 1kw at any load, and I was figuring that I would put a 1000/1 to each VC. Expense and concerns of overpowering the electrical system has plagued my system.

I havent emailed RE about switching out subs yet, but Im sure it wouldnt be a problem.

The XXX is hand-rebuildable isnt it? Maybe they could just send me a new VC.
