Basically bought the batteries back in Feb in a group buy for the maliboom. Received them in late March (want to say the 21st) and they've sat at the front door since then. I've been working on the explorer as you might know from the build logs and never got around to installing them. Car goes away to storage in around a month so I can't really see installing them.
I just opened the battery boxes up today for voltage readouts (first one is with my name, the rest are my username).
Wire:
-5,243 strands per conductor
-Tinned CCA- 10% Oxygen Free copper
-Ultra flexible
Bought 3 rolls. Used one roll of blue and 10 ft of black from the spool
Price:
Batteries: Would like to get $355 shipped per battery
Wire I'd do $128 shipped on. If bought separate 75 for Blue, 60 for black
WILL CONSIDER PARTIAL TRADES, BUT I NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST $280-300 IN PAYPAL BY THE TIME EVERYTHING IS SOLD.
I've got some bills to pay and a new alternator to afford for the explorer (2001 xlt 4.0L SOHC in case someone has a direct fit alt they would like to trade). Not really sure what I'm looking for in trades, but I'm always interested in high end stuff. Maybe a comp set, maybe some sq oriented things, anything really.
