yea but if you stay in with the 12 volt stetsoms and dont try to run them at 16 volts youll be ok.they dont work at 16-18 volts for long ive talked to dbr and this is where my info comes from and also i ran 2 2k6 stetsoms strapped at 1 ohm for 8 months never had a problem

you can't strap a 2 channel amp like the ap or the mm4000.1 with the maxxlink you can only strap true mono amps.

get the audiopipe aqx3500 its the same as the rd3250v2

look at bottom same amps and i have seen great numbers from them, a much better amp then the ap3000d and is strappable

been clamped over 3500 rms at 1 ohm

lol this is true but the new series of audiopipes are great amps for the price they are the rd's but stetsom is a much better amp, plus its more efficient to run one amp over 2 strapped

IIRC the Stetsom strapping doubles the impedance seen by each amp -- is that the case ?
