2 amps 2 different brands

Ok guys. The componenets i will be running are rainbow SLC. I will also run coax in the rear. Now I have 2 good amps sitting around. 1 is a JBL 600.2. It pushes 300 watts at 4 ohm and 600 at 2. The other amp is a rockford fosgate punch. I beleive it pushes 35 watts at 4ohm. its a 4 channel amp.

Would it be ok if i run the componenets off the JBL and run the coax off the fosgate punch?

I will get around to the subs later when cash is flowing well. I just cannot stand the stock speakers anymore. they are horrible.
