2 amps, 1000 watts and 3-400 watts

Looking for a couple relatively cheap amps for some friends. Need to power two type r's, so something relatively close to 1000 watts would be good, at 4 or 1 ohm. Maybe an AP mini?

Budget - about 100 shipped hopefully.

Next, another friend needs around 300-400 watts rms for a SVC sub.
