just checked on fed ex and ups to ship to zip 11703 what it said 190.for 2 packages at 50 plus pounds a piece plus 1000 dollar insurance.

You did something wrong. I just checked from your zip to mine, with $500insurance each, each package weighing 60lbs, cost $87 for both.
