I use V-Carve Pro 7.5 to generate gcode for mach 3. Vcarve pro can be downloaded for free to use as a autocad program. The free version has only one restriction no output for gcode.

The 3 piece wedge recessed sub rings were made in my planer in a jig that pitches them up .75". The 21" dia is two big for my planer so they were cut in half and reassembled and glued to the main recessed sub ring. They will be orientated in different directions.
