2 15's external port

im putting 2 re se 15's in the trunk, ported through the ski opening. i got the ski opening plastic frame and everything off, and it measures 8in wide 12in tall. and it goes 8 inches deep till where the box could start. would i be able to do like sub and port forward, and external port through the ski opening in the middle of the seats? my max dimmensions not including the port are 31w 37d 16h. i can get pictures or other dimmensions anytime.

Frward firing box for 2 15s, want an external port in the front. For a tuning of 32hz, two re se 15s, what should I do for the port? Square port or aero? If so what size?

I don't see how you're going to fit two 15's and a port on a 37x16 piece of MDF...

Ive never done aeros so mind my ignorance, but does the aero have to be in the middle hieght wise? Ie can it be torward the bottom in the middle where the subs start curving back

You have roughly around 9cuft. My 4th order BP for 4 15''s is only 18cu. ft. Do a 4th order BP with an external port firing through the ski hole.

Wait what? I was trying to do 4 15s but gave up because of space. Are you saying to do 4 in a 4th order or two?

I have four in 18cu. BP, you have 9cu. you could do two.

That's what I'm asking on how to do. I'm asking if I should do just an aero going out thefront eith sus firig forward. Or are you trying to say do bp (like clamshell? Never done bp)

I didn't understand half of that. Were you saying 4th order or 6th?

Also, why do a bp when I could just do a regular ported box?

I never mentioned a 6th order. Anyway................. a BP is louder and can use one port to focus ALL the sound waves through the ski -hole.

so i was told a port through the skihole was dumb. would it be better to just do a regular box and seal it off? the only reason i wanted to port it through the ski hole is my seats absorb alot of sound
