2 15"s

just go with the isobarick/ported comp, you need half the box this way and ported is the way to go any ways

schoolcraft?? are you from the UP?

anyways a tcab box is a highly overpriced box from some dork who thinks he is the greatest thing to hit car audio since the subwoofer.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif i think the sx 15 is a good way to go 1000rms and $300 to your door, but here is your problem space you get into these subs your talk-n 4.5 cuft box

well if i go with one 15" xxx will i be happy with the spl? i have 4-12"s right now and i want the vision blurring bass. i dont have any experience with the xxx but i've heard great things.

well fig 28*20*15 is about 5.87 cuft thats about what youll nee for the XXX 15 not sure on the price for those though but you can call them @702.896.4823 they will give you all the info you want or i got 6 10w6 jl you can use:eek:

1 or 2 - 15's ported would be nice. How much space do you have to work with? What are the max external dimensions you want to go with? That would make it easier to determine the most efficient setup.

well what i'm looking for is a speaker(s) that i can fit between the wheel wells in the back hatch of my jeep. i would like a lot of spl but i will sacrifice some spl for sq. i am torn between

2-mb quart RWE 354 800 wrms/sub

2-alpine type r 15"s unsure about wattage

1-RE XXX

which setup would sound best on a hifonics bx1500d in the back hatch of a jeep

spkrman http://www.thecaraudiobox.com can make boxxes pretty well for a type r. i know people here rag back and forth about it but if you wanted to try 2 12's its not that horrible in sq (although i wouldnt call it sq lol) and they hit pretty **** hard. i would bet with the amp you have it do in most cases at least a 145 (seen him do a 150 even) on the spl side of it . there are other options as well. if you want to try re talk to inhumanacura and moe_lester they have that covered pretty well in streetable applications as well. key point i make with who to talk to is they generally know the product you want inside and out and know how to get it loud (if thats what you want)
